Datacenter Overview
Our network of datacenters is comprised of 2 physically separate footprints between Houston and Dallas. There are multiple OC48 SONET fiber rings that provide basic connectivity to eight access carriers, across all of our datacenters. The datacenters are completely redundant, including a 2200 gallon backup diesel generator. There are over 580 smoke detectors throughout the 35,000 square foot facility, with a VESDA contaminate system. We also maintain West/East coast backup servers to the primary datacenter.

NOC Overview
Network Partner’s Inc. (NPI) Network Operations Center (NOC) provides 24 x 7 monitoring of our customer-dependent internal network, customer servers, the Internet and even the weather. This helps to identify potential issues and provide resolution before any problems occur. We currently own & operate a fully-staffed, redundant network operations center between Houston, Dallas & Boulder, CO.
OnGuard™
Additionally, NPI has developed a web-based customer interface – OnGuard™. This innovative application delivers critical services online, such as viewing real time alarming and device status, and network and server performance reports. OnGuard™ allows our NOC Technicians and our customers viewable access to the same real-time network information. A sophisticated notification systems is also available and customizable to customers’ preferences.
NOC Overview
Network Partner’s Inc. (NPI) Network Operations Center (NOC) provides 24 x 7 monitoring of our customer-dependent internal network, customer servers, the Internet and even the weather. This helps to identify potential issues and provide resolution before any problems occur. We currently operate 2 fully-staffed, redundant network operations centers in Houston and Dallas.
OnGuard™
Additionally, NPI has developed a web-based customer interface – OnGuard™. This innovative application delivers critical services online, such as viewing real time alarming and device status, and network and server performance reports. OnGuard™ allows our NOC Technicians and our customers viewable access to the same real-time network information. A sophisticated notification systems is also available and customizable to customers’ preferences.
Talent
NPI management and technical staff is comprised of resources holding top certifications such as Cisco Silver and Microsoft Gold. All engineers are Microsoft certified at a minimum.
